Yes to both! We offer contactless delivery anywhere in Brooklyn for a fee. Or, pick up your order from our retail space at 224 Marcus Garvey Boulevard, Brooklyn from 4–6PM on Thursday to Fridays or Saturday to Sundays 12-3pm for free!

This Perfect Red Ketchup really is perfect: thick, rich and tomatoey, with no high fructose corn syrup. Crafted by Chef Walter Brooks for use in his own barbecue recipes, it starts with a fresh tomato base and is gently sweetened and seasoned in small batches. Perfect on burgers, dogs and fries, and as a base for all manner of chilis, gravies, and sauces. Try it once and you won’t go back! To be transported to sweet childhood summer days, try this: season hand-cut fries with Brooksmade Gourmet Foods dry rub, heat some Perfect Red Ketchup in a ramekin and pour over fries with a bit of chopped sweet onion.  Chef Walter Brooks created his line of gourmet, clean-label sauces to make it easy for everyone to create delicious, soulful food in the comfort of their kitchens, while helping cultivate the next generation of Black entrepreneurs.
